It’s perfectly fine if your ideas aren’t fully developed yet; this is a crucial part of our collaborative process.

At this time, our team takes the insights from the initial consultation(s) and begins to bring your ideas to life. This collaborative process involves three key elements: assisting you in finding the perfect land if you don’t already own it, drawing custom plans tailored to your needs, and creating a detailed site plan. Our experts work closely with you, ensuring that every aspect of the design and location meets your expectations and preferences. Together, we transform your vision into a tangible plan, setting the stage for your dream home.

In the third step, our team of construction experts assists you with financing and budgeting. We start by forming a budget based on your specific needs, ensuring transparency in all costs involved. Our goal is to make this process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Additionally, we help you find the right financing options to meet your goals when choosing to work with our preferred lender. This stage ensures you have a clear financial plan in place, paving the way for the next steps in building your dream home.

During the color out process, we guide you through the creative and exciting process of selecting your finishes. Our internal team, with decades of experience in custom home design, offers expert guidance to ensure your home reflects your unique style. You’ll visit our in-house design studio, perhaps multiple times, to choose the perfect finishes and materials. This includes selecting flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances,  bathroom finishes like tile, shower fixtures, cabinets, and countertops, as well as roofing, trim, paint, and much more. Our process is refined and our goal is to help you create a home that’s truly yours.

The fifth step is where your dream home starts to take shape. Our experienced team of builders, project managers, and customer advocates work in unison to bring the plan to life. Utilizing robust construction and project management software, we ensure the construction process is scheduled and implemented smoothly and accurately. This allows us to provide regular updates to you, keeping you informed every step of the way. Our dedicated team focuses on quality and precision, ensuring your custom home is built to the highest standards.

In the sixth step, we conduct a thorough walkthrough of your completed home to ensure it meets your standards and expectations. This collaborative process involves our builders and you, our customer, working together to review every detail and make sure everything is perfect. During this walkthrough, we will also explain home operations and can answer any questions that you may have. Our goal is for you to leave feeling comfortable with in taking the keys to your new home and clear on how we’re going to support you moving forward.

In the final step, our commitment to your satisfaction extends well beyond the completion of your home with our 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty. This comprehensive warranty includes three key components: 1) a 1-year builder’s workmanship warranty, where we support you in making any covered repairs on finishes like paint, carpeting, cabinets, countertops, and more; 2) a 2-year mechanical systems warranty, covering major mechanical items related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC; and 3) a 10-year structural coverage on major structural items such as the foundation, roof framing, load-bearing walls, beams, and more.
